What We Collect

When you interact with CloudTrack, we may collect:

• Business details (for wholesale accounts)
• Purchase transaction information

We only collect information necessary to:

• Maintain retailer accounts

We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

What We Do NOT Do

CloudTrack does NOT:

• Sell personal data
• Share personal data with third parties for marketing

• Rent, trade, or monetize customer information
• Track individuals for surveillance purposes

Your information is used solely to operate and improve our product and services.

Location & Tracking Transparency

CloudTrack is designed to help users locate misplaced vape devices.

We want to be absolutely clear:

CloudTrack does not view, monitor, access, or store your personal location history.

CloudTrack does not sell, share, analyze, or store tracking data for commercial purposes.

Location functionality (if enabled through supported network services or device integrations) operates directly between the device and the platform ecosystem used (such as Apple’s Find My network or other supported systems).

CloudTrack does not maintain a centralized database of user location history.

We cannot access your device’s location unless explicitly required for technical support and only with your consent.

We built this product to give users more control — not less.

Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect:

• Customer data
• Retailer information
• Payment information

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. CloudTrack does not store full credit card information.

Wholesale Retail Vendor Deposit & Refund Policy

Nature of Deposit


All wholesale payments prior to shipment are classified as a:

Refundable Inventory Reservation Deposit.

This secures inventory allocation in an upcoming production batch.

This is not considered a final sale until shipment confirmation is issued.

Refund Policy (Wholesale)


Wholesale deposits are:

100% refundable prior to shipment confirmation.

If requested before shipment:

• Full deposit will be returned
• Refund processed within 3 business days
• Returned to original payment method

Once shipment confirmation is issued and inventory is prepared for dispatch, deposits are no longer refundable.

If production timelines materially change beyond the stated estimate, retailers may request a full refund.

Delivery Timeline



Estimated wholesale delivery window:

3–5 weeks from deposit confirmation.

Timelines may shift due to:

• Production scheduling
• Freight conditions
• Customs processing
• Supply chain factors

Retailers will be notified of any significant changes.


Customer Replacement Warranty


We stand behind our product.


Limited Replacement Warranty

CloudTrack includes a 90-day limited replacement warranty from date of purchase covering:

• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware malfunction under normal use
• Battery failure (non-user caused)

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage due to misuse
• Intentional damage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Loss of device

If your CloudTrack unit is defective:

• Contact support within 90 days
• Provide proof of purchase
• Replacement unit will be issued after verification

Shipping costs for warranty replacement may apply depending on region.
